Refund & Cancellation Policy – Truvie Ayurveda
At Truvie Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your journey with our products and services to be effortless and nourishing. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds-
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Receiving the wrong products.
- Missing items in your order.
- Products arriving damaged, leaked, or expired.
- In the event the claim relates to “missing” product(s) in the delivered order, we will review the packing video to make sure that all the ordered product(s) were placed in the package before dispatch. We would request you to share the images of the entire kit received when you raise a request.
To help us process your request quickly, we kindly ask you to share clear images of the product(s) and packaging clearly showcasing the fault or issue with it.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting images.
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.
Return Process
In most cases, physical return of the product is not required for refund eligibility.
If a return is requested, products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Cancellation of Orders-
Before Shipping: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a refund under the eligibility criteria above.
Refund Processing-
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
